Kenneth Penn, managing member and principal consultant of The Pantera Group, LLC, brings over 22 years of professional experience in accounting, tax, and management advisory services. Dedicated to planning, strategy development, and operational reporting, he focuses on financial and operational reviews to meet tax requirements. Kenneth's expertise spans internal and external audits, international deal structures, and recent involvement in due diligence for a business sale to a publicly traded corporation. A licensed Certified Public Accountant, Kenneth holds a Bachelor's of Science in Accounting from the University of Alabama in Birmingham.
